Registration:  

  1. Lobby of GHS 

Poster session: Vaughn 9th Floor: 

  1. Posters will be on the 9th floor 

  2. Lunch at dining hall on the 1st floor of Vaughn.  Brunch 9-330 pm, $14.35/person 

Vaughn 2nd Floor: 

Reeves Theater 

  1. Opening Ceremony: 8:30 am 

  2. Closing Ceremony: 3:00 pm (could run later depending on judge score calculations) 

Oral Presentations: GHS and Tech: 

  1. Classrooms: 104, 105, 106, 107, 109 in GHS and then 483, 485, 486, and 488 in TECH 

  2. Clickers in each classroom. 

Things to Note:

Stay away from Campus (especially driving) on the east side (near the river and downtown) due to a large charity group having one of the largest fundraisers in our city. 

  1. Enter Campus through Boulevard.  Address is 514 North Blvd, Tampa, FL 33606 for West Parking Garage.  Park anywhere, at any level.  Parking is free. 

  2. Buses parking: 1150 Frederic Spaulding Drive, Tampa, FL 33606 (in that area) 

  3. Walk along the tennis courts to the walkway next to the building. 

  4. Cross the street.  Walk straight.  Past the soccer field, past the fitness center and pool.  At the Tower immediately after the pool, it is the building (Graduate and Health Sciences; GHS) on the left for registration and oral presentations. 

  5. The Vaughn Center is the huge building on the left.  

  6. Enter the building.   

  7. Dining is on the first floor,  

  8. Opening (and closing) ceremony is on the 2nd floor in Reeves Theater, and  

  9. Poster session is on the 9th floor.
